Honest per-route sitemap lastmod
Static and related sitemap entries now stamp lastmod from git or CMS data vintage per page instead of a single portal-wide fingerprint (commit 4bdc453).
Soft-404 hub routes become real 404s
Unknown company, state, embed, and rankings hubs now return HTTP 404 with noindex instead of soft-404 pages (commit 6a09784).

Rebuilt the underlying SQLite corpus from the CMS Open Payments Program Year 2024 Detailed General Payments archive (etl_version 7; rebuild_completed 2026-07-23).
